Our #SingleCellarProjects range represents wines we produce ourselves – from the vineyard until vinification in our own cellar. We pick them by hand in the Wachau valley and surroundings and press and age them in wooden barrels of different sizes (from 225 l up to 700 l). After maturing for mostly 12 months, the wines are blended and bottled without fining or filtration, with low SO₂ additions of max. 50 mg/l. These authentic, individual wines have great potential and will keep for years to come.
